Ingredient : Etlingera Coccinea, Etlingera Elatior, Salt, Ginger, Modified Corn Starch, Chicken Flavour, Garlic, Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Syzygium Polyantum, Citric Acid and Preservative.

Ayam Pansuh is a traditional Sarawakian dish prepared by cooking chicken meat in a bamboo stalk, filled with water seasonings and covered with the shoots of the cassava plant.

This traditional dish is often made the main menu at community gatherings in longhouses, especially during the Gawai Day celebrations.

Suggested Serving:

1 Packet : 800gm-1kg Chicken/Fish : 200-250ml Water

1) Marinate chicken/fish with the paste for about 5-10min

2) Boil water in a cooking pot, then put chicken/fish into the pot and mix well.

3) Cover the pot and wait for it to boil or cook (about 20min). Stir occasionally. 

Other Usage:

The paste can also be used when making fish crackers (keropok lekor), Dim Sum or steamed chicken/fish.
