The Durian crackers is make from a durian fruit which can be found naturally and famous in Sarawak. The taste of durian cracker is unique and crispy after frying. It serves without artificial additives and without MSG.
Preparation for Durian Crackers
- Open the package.
- Pour adequate cooking oil into wok and heat it with medium fire until 180C-200C.
- Fry the raw durian cracker until expand. After expanded, lift and drain excess oil.
- Enjoy the dabai crackers.
