Sarawak laksa paste is a popular ingredient in Malaysian cuisine, particularly in the state of Sarawak. It is used to make a flavorful noodle soup topped with prawns, shredded chicken, and bean sprouts. Its rich and complex flavor profile is both spicy and slightly sweet.
Required Cooking Ingredients:
1xpacket 200gm Hj Manan's Laksa Paste
300gm prawn
1/2 chicken's breast
1xpacket of meehoon
200gm been sprouts
2 eggs
250ml coconut milk concentrated
1xcorieander leaves
1 cube of chicken stock
*salt if required
Preparation of Ingredients :
Blanched meehoon and bean sprouts into the hot water, 3/4 cooked fried prawn, boiled and shredded chicken (small tear), beaten egg and fried omelette, rolled and sliced small.
Serving Suggestion :
Add meehoon into the dish and place bean sprouts, sliced an egg, chicken, prawns and coriander leaves (2 to 5 pieces). Add sauce and serve hot. To make the dish become tastier and spicy, add the pounded shrimp paste with chilli and lime juice. A packet of Hj Manan's Laksa Paste, you can serve for a total of 5 to 6 people.
