Cooking Instructions :
- Add 1 packet of MUSC Instant Curry Fish Head Paste 200g to 400ml of water and bring to boil.
- Add in 1 stick of soya bean stick (soften and cut into small pieces).
- Add a bit of salt and Ajinomoto (Optional) to taste.
- Add in 800g of fish head and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add in 100ml of coconut milk.
- Add in 3 pieces of lady-fingers (cut into small pieces) and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve with hot rice.
